Homeschool Assessors Across Ohio
Who can provide assessments for homeschool families?
Only a “licensed or certified teacher or other person mutually agreed upon by the parent(s) and the superintendent” is able to provide an assessment for home educating families. Ohio homeschool regulation defining “licensed or certified teacher” excludes non-tax certificates pursuant to Revised Code 3301.071.
The list of assessors provided below is for informational purposes only. CHEO does not endorse anyone on this list. It is the responsibility of each family to call and evaluate if the assessor will meet the needs of their family.
